Welcome! Thank you for visiting the new website for JRH Asset Management LLC and The Hartford Apartment Group! There are many components of our company that include apartment rentals, single family home sales, commercial leasing and sales, and acquisitions.

JRH has been providing quality rental units for the past 15 years. We aim to provide our residents with safe, clean, and modern housing. We strive to provide each family a contemporary living style. All of our properties have new laundry facilities, modern appliances, and current plumbing and electrical fixtures. Many of our properties also have well maintained swimming pools, fitness equipment, vending machines, and community/social rooms available for resident rentals. JRH also provides leasing space for businesses in Hartford Ct and Meriden Ct.

Our company always welcomes literature regarding sales of properties within the US. In 2003, we expanded from Connecticut, to the Gulf Coast and into Alabama. The Hartford Apartment Group was created for our new property portfolio in Gulfport MS, Pascagoula MS, and Montgomery Al.
